May also mentioned that "we deliver all weekend so there's a good chance your package will be delivered over the weekend. However, I managed to get through to a human by the name of "May" on Friday 12/17/21 by simply working the phone directory to find someone to answer and I was told that "we work 24/7 and "Breanna" will be contacting you by the end of business, today, Friday 12/17/21" but, shocking as it might seem, I guess Breanna didn't actually contact me. I left responses on LinkedIn and Twitter to no avail. I even left two messages for your CEO Richard Metzeler, and even he hasn't bothered to called me back. I also left my mobile number when it was offered that "if you leave your number, an agent will get back to you as soon as possible" and so I was hoping it would be this year.but there wasn't any call back at all. I have called at least 3 to 4 times per day, waited on hold at least 30 minutes and then I am disconnected. We're here to help!" You cannot get through. I contacted the company from whence the package originated, and they confirmed that the address had been corrected yet your driver hadn't delivered it to the correct address. On Friday December the 10th I contacted your company via email, that the address you have in your system was incorrect. How does UPS, Fedex and even the USPS manage? Your comment "some packages will be delivered upto 4 days late" is another ineffectual excuse, as my parcel was supposed to have been delivered over *6* days ago. You cannot reach them by phone You call and leave a call back number and they don't call back You email them and the reply says they'll get back to you within 4 days and that doesn't happen You email them a delivery address correction and they continue to deliver to the incorrect address more than 4 days in advance.
